Don’t Talk To Police, Detectives, Or Law Enforcement Agents | Call Greco Neyland, PC | Law & Crime V2
We get a lot of calls from people who have made the mistake of thinking that it's okay to talk to the police, it's okay to talk with the detectives or any law enforcement agent. And the reason is because they think, I can talk my way out of this charge. I can talk my way out of this crime that I'm being charged with.
And they think, as long as I explain what I did and the reason why I did it, the justification for that, they should let me go. They either won't charge me at all or maybe they'll reduce the charge because they understand what I was thinking. All the while, the prosecutor is watching this video with you speaking with the agent, any government agent any detective, or any arresting officer.
And the prosecutor is thinking, I'm so glad he talked about all of this. I'm so glad he told us everything because there was no benefit to him doing this. And instead, now there's more evidence than they ever had against you.
